Were looking for Full time /Part time visiting RN, LPN,PT,PTA,OT,COTA in the
Rockford area and neighboring counties.
Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
We will train new graduates or new to home health.

Requirements:
*must have IL RN licensed
*CPR card
*Valid Illinois Drivers License and auto insurance.
*Must be a road warrior
